To learn more visit : https://jahaajhealthcare.com JOB TITLE - Production Manager Responsibilities : Production Process Management: Oversee production from raw materials to packaging, ensuring FAMI-QS compliance. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain standards and improve processes. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and guide the production team to uphold quality, safety, and efficiency. Train staff on FAMI-QS standards, SOPs, and best practices. Monitor performance and provide feedback to the General Manager. Quality Assurance and Control: Implement strong quality assurance procedures for feed additives and premixtures. Conduct inspections to ensure FAMI-QS compliance and address gaps. Work with QA teams to resolve non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Resource Management: Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment for maximum efficiency. Coordinate with procurement and stores to ensure FAMI-QS-compliant raw materials. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of batch manufacturing, traceability, and quality control. Ensure timely documentation of processes, deviations, and corrective actions. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify and implement process optimization and efficiency improvements. Lead or participate in teams for corrective actions and process enhancements. Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
