Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming hot sales calls from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday) US EST Shift and provide assistance as needed. Send emails to clients Qualifications: Strong English communication skills for calling and documentation especially in dealing with US customers. Proficiency in typing with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with Google Sheet. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of focus.
