Our delicate styles are meant to be stacked and worn every day, offering a touch of individuality to our customers. This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Palmonas in Pune. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support. The day-to-day tasks include assisting customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Executive will also work closely with the Customer Service Management team to maintain high service standards and address customer needs/escalations.
