The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring food quality standards. The role involves supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food preparation and presentation, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and managing kitchen budgets. The Executive Chef will also liaise with suppliers, train kitchen staff, and innovate new recipes and cooking techniques.
