Job Description
- Duties & Responsibilities : Electrical Panel Wiring: Assist in the assembly, wiring, and installation of electrical control panels for various machines and production lines. Machine Wiring & Installation: Support the wiring and installation of electrical systems for new machines or the modification/upgrading of existing machines within the manufacturing facility. Electrical Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues in machines and control systems, identifying and repairing faults in wiring, control panels, and power supply systems. System Testing: Perform tests on electrical circuits, machines, and equipment to verify correct wiring and functionality before commissioning or after repairs. Preventive Maintenance: Help in the development and execution of preventive maintenance schedules for electrical panels, control systems, and machinery wiring to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of wiring diagrams, wiring changes, Production Data entry, maintenance logs, and electrical system configurations. Help in preparing reports related to electrical issues, maintenance activities, and system performance. Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and the production team to ensure smooth operation and prompt resolution of any electrical issues affecting machinery. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical safety standards and regulations, including lockout/tagout procedures, grounding practices, and the safe use of electrical tools. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest electrical technologies, wiring practices, and industry standards. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Experience & Qualification : Minimum Experience: At least 1 year Industrial Experience A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in electrical systems or industrial safety are a plus.
