Purchase Work Details 1) Need to have knowledge of Work orders, Purchase orders, and taking Quotations from vendors. 2) Strong Negotiation Skills. 3) Collecting quotations from various vendors against purchase requisition. 4) Making a comparison of received quotations for rate quality etc for analysis and finalization 5) Ensure materials purchased are according to company requirements. 6) Responsible for the requisition process for new products, from sourcing, negotiating quotations, and renewing and discontinuing contracts with suppliers. 8) Assist in sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors 9) Assist in evaluating vendors quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project 10) Assist in daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules 11) Assist in resolving supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors 12) Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation ADMIN WORK DETAILS: 1) Assist in daily administrative tasks, such as copying, filing, and scanning documents 1) Manage and maintain executives" schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements 2) Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents 3) Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail 4) Maintain office supplies and equipment by monitoring inventory and placing orders as needed 5) Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents 6) Schedule and coordinate office events, including meetings, training sessions, and conferences 7) Perform general office duties, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and organizing office space Admin/Purchase Executive Requirements A relevant bachelors degree in business, education, management, office administration, or communication Proven experience in office management Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present ideas clearly Proven negotiation and facilitation skills Initiative and possesses drive, work well under pressure to meet fast-changing requirements and expectations Able to work in a team as well as independently. Minimum 3-8 years experience in the Purchase Cum Admin department.
