Store Manager@ Mumbai Airport (MIAL) Meghavi Wellness Spa: We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and highly motivated Spa Manager to oversee our new luxury spa outlets at Mumbai International Airport. As a Spa Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients enjoy an unparalleled experience. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining the highest standards of service, and leading a team that embodies the Meghavi Wellness Spa brands dedication to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead and motivate a team of wellness professionals, ensuring excellent service standards and a cohesive work environment. Customer Experience: Oversee the delivery of personalized, high-end services, ensuring that every guest feels valued and pampered. Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Luxury Brand Representation: Act as the face of Meghavi Wellness Spa, maintaining a polished, professional demeanor that reflects our commitment to luxury and high-end customer service. Sales & Upselling: Drive spa revenue by implementing effective sales strategies and encouraging guests to experience additional treatments or products. Staff Training & Development: Provide training and mentorship to new and existing team members, ensuring they uphold the brands luxury service standards. Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with high-profile and repeat clients, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and attention to detail. Problem Solving: Resolve guest complaints or concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all customers. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role within the luxury hospitality or wellness industry (preferably in a spa, hotel, or luxury retail environment). Appearance & Presentation: Impeccable grooming and professional appearance in line with luxury standards. Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment such as an airport or similar setting. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering superior customer service. Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for luxury clients. Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, especially in high-traffic areas, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
