Job Description

    Mini Flow Pumps is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales for our range of industrial dosing pumps and pumping solutions across industries like marine, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and construction. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in relevant industries. Present and promote dosing pumps, metering pumps, and related pumping systems to customers. Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions from our product range. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support. Coordinate with the production and technical team to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial pumps, mechanical, or manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of pumping systems, metering solutions, and industrial equipment is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
