Job Description

The Responsibilities of the Staff Nurse / Nurse / Trainee include the following: Take detail patient handover. Assess the Assigned Patient Assess the needs of patient and give care according to priority. Carry out all bedside nursing activities and document appropriately in billing chart and computer. Carry out Doctors order. Admission & Discharge Process Pharmacy Indents. Referrals Lab Investigations, Procedures, Medical Equipments, Doctors Visits etc. Maintain daily investigation chart. Patient bedside medicines & double sighting of the drug chart. Maintain crash trolley & stock inventory Any delay or problem regarding patient care or procedure that should be inform to ward In charge. Any adverse events occur in your ward that should be notified to ward in charge. In busy environment seek help from colleagues or in charge Be aware about aseptic technique & strictly follow.
