Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including CAs, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices, particularly in UK accounting. Assist in administrative tasks related to finance and accounting as needed. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience with UK accounting practices is preferred; however, experience with Indian accounting in a CA Firm will also be considered. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ,
