Job Description
Designation: Accounts Manager
Qualification: M. Com / Cost Accountant / MBA (Fin)
Required Experience: 5+ Years
Job Responsibility:
- Preparing monthly P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow statement, Stock Statement.
- Ensure monthly GST / TDS filing.
- Checking Bills for Supporting documents.
- Preparation of details as required for Various Statutory Compliance.
- Ensure audit readiness.
- Coordinate with CA and close audit observations.
- Ensuring timely invoices/bills, LC and BG are sending to customers.
- Monitor the debtors' list and proactively follow up.
- Review the cash situation and update it to Top Management on a daily basis.
- Analysis of financial statements.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Responds to inquiries from the Director, CEO, and other firm-wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
