Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic business planning and coordination
2. Lead the entire business plan cycle, review and comment on inputs submitted as well as provide feedback to each department to ensure the report quality meets expectations.
3. Review organization business manpower & budget plan as well as regular monitoring reports.
Company KPI and compliance
1. Review business operations related reports, requests and proposals to make sure the compliance of company rules and regulations - Support senior management executives on routine business operations and provide
2. recommendations to management to support the decision making process.
3. Represent or lead the team on presentations and regular & ad-hoc reports preparation and ensure data accuracy and timely submission
4. Monitor the Companys KPIs, provide general analysis and recommendation if needed
5. Maintain and update the management guideline and delegation of authorities, may also be the custodian of the policies and procedures.
Company operation coordination
1. Provide analysis to management to make sure the companys resources are adequate to meet daily operations and business development needs.
2. Coordinate presentation and materials for Board of Directors meetings.
3. Provide work direction to assigned staff personnel and support for assigned projects
4. Coordinate visits of high level delegation, coordinate and facilitate external affairs by liaison with business function heads
5. Maintain and update company organization structure if needed.
6. Ensure confidential information and records are kept in accordance with the office rules and regulations Legal
7. Works as focal contact point with Dept for legal related affairs for the office;
8. Manages the office licenses and ensure they are valid and up-to-date;Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Preferred candidate profile
1. Bachelor degree and/or higher in business administration, finance, economic or relevant or CS
2. Up to 10 years of relevant experience in business administration, business planning and budgetig
3. Working experiences in the oil industry is preferred and being familiar with crude oil business and its terminology
4. Possess advanced business acumen in business planning and reporting
5. Detailed-minded, highly organized with ability to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines is essential.
6. Proficient in both spoken & written business English and local language.
7. Proficiency in MS office applications and PowerPoint.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
9. Ability to grasp complexities of new and unprecedented assignments quickly and work independently.
10. Possess good work ethics
