Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our financial planning, management, and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership, guidance, and expertise to support the units growth and success. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives. 2. Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. 3. Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, and regulatory reports. 4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the company's budget and forecasting processes. 5. Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions. 6. Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity price risks. 7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards. 8. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities. 9. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including i Doctors,Vendors,auditors,regulatory bodies and various department in unit. Requirements: 1. Qualifications: MBA(Finance)Chartered Accountant intern(CA), 2. Experience: Minimum 5years of experience in finance. 3. Skills: Strong financial management, leadership, communication, and analytical skills. 4. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the hospital and healtcare and relevant financial regulations.
