- Job Title: Generative AI Engineer Exp: 4+ years (4 to 7 years) Location: Navi Mumbai - Belapur Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our AI implementation group, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing state-of-the-art natural language processing models, particularly focusing on conversational agents and related technologies. Responsibilities: Model Development: Lead the development and implementation of generative AI models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design models that meet specific business objectives. Training and Fine-Tuning: Train and fine-tune models using large datasets to enhance performance, accuracy, and natural language understanding. Continuously evaluate and improve model effectiveness through experimentation and iteration. Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI. Propose and implement innovative algorithms to improve the capabilities and efficiency of conversational agents. Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to seamlessly integrate generative AI into various applications and platforms. Ensure optimal performance and resource efficiency in real-world deployment scenarios. Evaluation and Metrics: Develop and implement evaluation metrics to assess model performance and user experience. Iterate on models based on user feedback and performance analytics to achieve the desired conversational outcomes. Collaboration: Engage with the wider AI research community, stay informed about cutting-edge research, and actively participate in research collaborations and publications. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes. Ensure knowledge transfer to other team members and stakeholders. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors / Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Experience: Experience in developing/deploying generative AI models. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Continuous Learning: commitment to staying updated on the latest advancements in AI and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.,
