1) Maintain and Update Bio metric System - Providing access to new joiners and removing access of left employees.
2) Giving inputs for payroll in form of Attendance for Salary calculations.
3) Handle Attendance and Leave related Query.
4) Maintenance & Submission of MIS reports on daily basis.
5) Monitor all transactions,take the reviews from Engineers and ensure compliance to quality regulations and maintain effective relationships with clients.
6) Review and update the progress reports of individuals. Monitor, Note and Present the employees performance report,Generate the confidential reports about individual in front of Organization Head.
7) Administer and collect all metrics on processes and identify data points to improve all processes.
8) Coordinate with team members and ensure achievement of all team objectives and goals.

22) Documentation and background verification of the new joined employees.

Expected knowledge and skills from the candidate :
1) At least 2 years experience in HR & Admin work. 2) English communication skill. 3) Knowledge and experience in Advance Excel.
