    Job Description Designation: IT End User Support-L1 Job Location: HOABL Mahalaxmi Mumbai Job Objective: They provide hands-on or remote assistance in computer setups, upgrades, software operation, and maintenance. They also answer on-the-spot inquiries from users. Desktop support engineers may provide general training for applications and hardware as well. Core Responsibilities: Technical support: Providing technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and technical issues Customer service: Addressing users" concerns and needs in a timely and effective manner Troubleshooting: Analyzing metrics and logs to understand the cause of system issues and using debugging and diagnostic tools to find solutions Communication: Communicating with customers, stakeholders, and team members Listening: Understanding the problems customers describe and asking questions for clarification Prioritization: Prioritizing workloads Documentation: Documenting standard support procedures Collaboration: Encouraging knowledge sharing, regular team meetings, and collaboration on complex issues Other responsibilities of an end user support specialist include: Walking customers through software installation Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems Assisting with office procedures Analyzing and recovering failed batch processes and scheduling issues Coordinating customer upgrades Tracking products Revising and repairing history Education: Diploma/ BE / B. Tech or PG in IT / CS or equivalent Experience: 1 to 3 years of IT End User Experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Shift: Day shift Rotational shift Work Days: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work Location: In person,
