Position 1- Web Application Developer

We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our web application.
Web Application Developer Job Duties
Web developer responsibilities include building our website from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.
Responsibilities
Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Create and maintain software documentation
Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
Requirements
Must have - Good experience on experience on windows and web application development using c#, ASP.Net, Dot Net framework 3.5 and above, Database MS SQL Server 2008 and above, JQuery, Java Script, LINQ, MVC, App Script for G-Suite & Google API, XML, Window service and Web service, WCF Service.
Good to have - Dot NET core 2.0., hands on Experience on Google Aps on Google Suite, AZURE & Microsoft O365 apps.
Server & Client based web application architecture and designing.
A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
Hands on Experience (4-6 years)

Position 2 - Application Tester job description

We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.
In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, wed like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze system specifications
Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
Evaluate product code according to specifications
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
Experience in project management and QA methodology
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Strong organizational skills
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
