- Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop, optimize, and integrate machine learning solutions for our client projects. This role will be instrumental in building AI-driven applications that meet our clients" evolving needs while adhering to tight timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems Develop and implement image comparison algorithms for similarity detection and visual matching Translate client requirements into effective AI solutions with clear deliveries and timelines Optimize existing models for improved performance, accuracy, and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into larger systems Evaluate and incorporate appropriate ML frameworks, libraries, and tools Implement data processing pipelines and feature engineering workflows Conduct regular model evaluations and prepare performance reports Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience developing AI/ML Solutions Proven experience building conversational AI systems or chatbots Strong expertise in optimizing models for offline/on-device deployment Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) Experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, scikit-image) Proficiency in NLP techniques for offline text processing Familiarity with model training, fine tuning, compression and optimization techniques Experience with edge computing for AI deployment Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in computer science, AI, or related field Experience with specialized hardware for AI inference (GPUs, TPUs) Experience with local vector databases for efficient retrieval Familiarity with federated learning approaches Knowledge of Privacy-preserving machine learning techniques,
