Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist in obtaining and maintaining necessary regulatory approvals, licenses, and reporting obligations Monitor regulatory developments and advise internal stakeholders on compliance requirements Coordinate with banks, NPCI, RBI, and other financial institutions for compliance-related matters Draft, review, and negotiate merchant agreements, SLAs, NDAs, data processing agreements, and outsourcing contracts Handle legal issues related to merchant disputes, chargebacks, fraud claims, and regulatory inquiries Assist in responding to legal notices, litigation, and arbitration proceedings Requirements LL.B. from a recognized university Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including compliance, finance, and operations Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills About Company: The mission of the firm is to provide outstanding legal solutions in its chosen practice areas, and they are backed by a team of highly motivated and skilled associates.
