Job Description
- As an Artificial Intelligence, you will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to enhance cybersecurity solutions. You will work with large datasets, implement intelligent automation, and develop predictive models to improve threat detection and risk assessment. Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement AI strategies that align with the company's goals, enhancing products, services, and operational efficiency. AI Integration: Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for AI integration, improving processes and decision-making. Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of AI advancements, fostering a culture of innovation and guiding research and development efforts. Governance and Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible and ethical AI usage, promoting transparency and accountability. Team Development: Lead and build AI teams, providing mentorship and promoting continuous learning. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary advisor on AI matters to the CEO and other senior leaders, effectively communicating AI strategies and outcomes. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure AI initiatives comply with relevant laws and regulations, managing associated risks. Qualifications: Educational Background: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields. Experience: Extensive experience in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record in leadership roles. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align AI initiatives with business objectives, driving measurable value. Leadership Skills: Strong team-building and leadership capabilities, fostering collaboration and innovation. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,
