Job Description
-
Develop and implement quality measurement and improvement processes.
-
Conduct in-process quality tests and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
-
Maintain and update GMP documentation and quality control reports.
-
Collaborate with the production and development teams to enhance product reliability.
-
Identify, document, and rectify quality-related issues.
-
Supervise and oversee daily activities of QC Analysts.
-
Conduct and validate analytical testing, including HPLC and other test procedures.
-
Maintain regulatory documentation, including batch records, validation protocols, and stability studies.
-
Ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
-
Address technical queries and provide support to internal and external stakeholders.
-
Troubleshoot laboratory issues and participate in project meetings to ensure quality compliance.

Educational Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics / QA / QC / Industrial Pharmacy)

Experience:
-
QA Officer: Minimum 2 years in a tablet & capsule manufacturing unit

QC In-Charge: Minimum 6 years in a tablet & capsule manufacturing unit

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality assurance/control processes.

Expertise in HPLC and other analytical techniques (for QC In-Charge).

Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
