- Role Description Job Title: Senior Test Automation Engineer ( C#,Automation Testing, .NET, API, UI Automation) Hiring Locations: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, Trivandrum Exp-7-10 years Must-Have Skills Experience: 8+ years in automation testing with a strong focus on .NET technology stack-based web applications. Test Automation: Hands-on experience in end-to-end test automation using Selenium and C#. Automation Frameworks: Solid knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools such as MS Test, MS Test Server, Spec Flow, XUnit, NUnit, etc. Programming Skills: Strong expertise in C# programming language. Test Types: Experience in UI and API layer testing. Automation Principles: Strong understanding of test automation principles and patterns (e.g., Clean Code, Page Object Model (POM), BDD, TDD). CI/CD Integration: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like MS Azure, Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab. Performance Testing: Strong experience in load testing, performance tests using tools like JMeter, BlazeMeter, Azure Load Test, or similar tools. Defect Management: Experience in documenting defects, reproduction steps, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and producing technical documentation. Automation Tools: Experience with automated deployment tools such as Azure Pipelines or similar. Good-to-Have Skills Experience in integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing. Knowledge of Azure Cloud and related technologies. Experience with Jira and qTest integration. Familiarity with Taurus and other load testing tools. Ability to design, develop, and execute a variety of test types including unit, integration, progression, regression, and performance testing. Mentorship: Experience in providing guidance and training to QE teams on test automation practices, tools, and technologies. Key Responsibilities Work with an international, multi-disciplinary team to ensure that software products deliver business value, are of high quality, and contain minimal technical debt. Design and customize automation frameworks for efficient test automation development, maintenance, and execution. Define and implement necessary infrastructure (test environments, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, reporting mechanisms) for robust test automation processes. Collaborate with QE teams and Dev teams in test planning and execution activities. Ensure effective test coverage and traceability through automation. Design, develop, and execute automated test suites for various levels of testing (unit, integration, progression, regression, performance, load). Champion integration of test automation with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Collaborate with development, operations, and release management teams to ensure smooth workflows and reliable automation execution.
