Requirement Analysis Understand, analyze, and document software requirements. Software Development Implement and maintain applications using C#.NET and C++. Manual Testing Conduct functional, regression, and system testing of applications. Automation Testing (Future Scope) Work on automation testing strategies and frameworks as per project evolution. Defect Reporting & Tracking Identify, report, and track software defects, ensuring quality standards. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers. Requirements Skills and Experience Required: Experience Required - 2 to 5 Years relevant experience. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field Strong programming experience in C#.NET and C++. Willingness to work in both development and testing as needed. Experience with requirement analysis and documentation. Basic understanding of software testing methodologies (manual & automation preferred). Exposure of Agile development environment. Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN) is a plus. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.,
