- To be a Single Point of Contact between business, core development team, and the vendor
- As and when required, use new techniques, architecture, and frameworks of building and maintaining the web based CRMs.
- Exposed to all facets of Project Consulting viz. Conceptualization, Data Collection & Analysis, Design, Implementation and Development
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and related challenges & solutions in each stage
- Effectively maintain the web application/CRM to ensure 100% uptime
- Resolve all technical and functional issues of the CRMs, including security vulnerabilities with the help of IT Security team
- Monitor web server and site technical performance with the help of core development team
- Provide dashboards, reporting, analysis, and actionable for optimisation recommendations to drive customer utilisation of the web channel
- Understand the business requirement and have that implemented through core development team or a vendor
- Work with internal stakeholders to define reporting requirements and help to define critical measurements. Provide high-level insight and detailed segment analysis as appropriate.
- Work with various teams, including vendor, to ensure accurate and comprehensive web analytics implementation and successful deployment of new solutions.
- Work with other cross-functional teams to integrate web data/application with other sources
- Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Online Brand Promotion, related tools/techniques, and using the same to meet organization digital marketing objectives
- Performing personnel functions (e.g. interviewing, evaluating, supervising, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining adequate staffing, enhancing productivity of personnel and achieving objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 16 years of experience in web development.
- Along with strong people management & planning skills, the candidate should be fully hands-on on ASP.NET (Web Forms & MVC) and SQL Server; and should be able to work with team should-to-shoulder and in individual capacity.
- Past experience of managing very large scale and enterprise level web applications is a MUST
- Strong hands-on experience of Web development using Microsoft ASP.NET (Web Forms & MVC), SQL Server, HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery
- Knowledge of ASP.NET Core and Angular or ReactJS will be an added advantage
- Experience in Designing, Developing, Deploying & managing multi-tier application using .Net framework & C#
