- Job Title: Automation Testing Trainer Job Description: As an Automation Testing Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training that enables learners to develop their skills and knowledge in automating testing. You will provide hands-on training to users and customers, create and manage training schedules, and ensure that the training programs are effective in achieving the desired learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on training and mentoring to users and customers to ensure they are able to automate testing effectively. Develop and execute training plans, schedules, and delivery methods that align with the needs of the learners and the organization. Assess the effectiveness of the training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in automation testing. Develop training content and collaborate with technical writers to improve Wiki resources and other documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Must have experience in training content development and delivery. At least 2-3 years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Knowledge of multiple automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber, is a must. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to automation testing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with learners and stakeholders effectively at all levels. A passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in automation testing.,
