Job Description

We are looking for Customer Support Executive for International voice campaign. Its a WORK FROM HOME but candidate must be from Delhi or Gurgaon.

Location - Delhi or Gurgaon (WFH)

Shift - Rotational

Working days - 5 days with two days rotational week offs.

Education Qualifications - Graduate or Undergrad + 1 year experienced in BPO

CTC - 3,82,968 + 18000 pli Annually (27,000 in hand)

Process - International Voice

Requirement.

Must be good in verbal English communication.

Must be okay with rotational shifts including night shifts or graveyard shifts.

Must be an immediate joiner.

Have to visit Office for initial 3 days.

Roles and Responsibilities

Helping the customers to solve there queries over CALLS.

Providing proper solutions and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
