Role & responsibilities

Customer service for credit cards. Calls will be received on new hotline(toll-free number) as well as Inbound calls- customer service.

Requirement:

* Graduation mandatory

* 6 Days working

* One day Rotational Week Off

* Day Rotational shifts

* Fresher or any experience in any BPO.

* Language - English/Hindi

* Location - Ambattur/ Mount Road

Salary: 21 K CTC
