- Senior/ Executive - Commercial - Andheri HO Full Time Job Code: GM-97482 | GM Modular Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India 1 position Expires on 30/03/2025 Required Experience 5 - 12 Years Skills debtors, expenses, petty cash + 4 more Position: Sr / Executive - Commercial Location: Andheri West (Head Office) Experience: 5-7 years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sr / Executive - Commercial - to manage claims processing, scheme settlements, and coordination with depot teams. The role involves handling sales and purchase transactions, MIS reporting, and ensuring compliance with GST and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Claims Processing: Handle routine claims such as rate difference claims. Process price support and additional discount claims efficiently. 2. Coordination: Collaborate with depot accountant teams to ensure the timely settlement of claims. 3. MIS and Reporting: Prepare and maintain management information systems (MIS) to support decision-making. Generate periodic reports on claims, settlements, and other commercial activities. 4. Scheme Management: Monitoring, execution and ensuring proper documentation and tracking of all sales schemes. Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly scheme settlements to ensure accuracy and timeliness. 5. Transaction Knowledge: Exhibit a clear understanding of sales and purchase transactions. Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with company policies 6. Tax Knowledge: Apply basic knowledge of GST and other applicable taxes in commercial operations. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate in Commerce or a related field. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of commercial policies and procedures. Preferred Traits: Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple priorities. Team player with a proactive approach.
