Designation: MSP Program Coordinator
Reporting: VP
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Shift: US Shift (7:30PM-4:30AM IST)
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Sector-68, Noida, U.P, India (On-Site)
Qualification Required: Bachelors degree, or additional years of experience may serve in place of a degree (preferred)
SUMMARY
The MSP Program Coordinator is responsible for working directly with the vendor network in obtaining temporary personnel and consulting services and assuring the program is operating within the guidelines outlined in program design and follow all state and federal laws associated with employment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as liaison and represent Acro Service Corp and the client in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner
- Field day-to-day customer inquiries via phone and/or email for the Program Management Office (PMO)
- Ensure managers and suppliers understand the processes and procedures of the program and address any violations of program guidelines
- Enter new users into XRM VMS and provide training when needed
- Review and approve requisitions, monitor requisition status, collect feedback from suppliers on hard to fill positions, assist managers with updates as needed
- Host calls between suppliers and managers
- Manage the candidate offer process, work with the supplier to ensure onboarding compliance is met, push work orders through in XRM
- Work closely with suppliers and client on all drug/background adjudications
- Work closely with suppliers and managers on all items related to open work orders, terminations, conversions, timesheets, revisions, billing issues/discrepancies
- Monitor XRM timeclock punches, enter and edit approved missed punch forms
- Monitor weekly timesheet submissions and approvals for deadline compliance while providing guidance and resolving issues/discrepancies with the vendors and managers
- Run and provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc XRM reports to the customer and work to research and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage monthly report processes
- Manage all miscellaneous invoices and expenses in XRM
- Address and resolve client, supplier, and contractor relations issues in a confidential manner
- Complete timely entry of information tracking for performance measurement in XRM VMS systems. Maintain consistency and integrity of data
- Communicate all information to suppliers, client managers and Acro on a timely basis
- Assist MSP Program Manager as needed
- Works with XRM support, submits tickets, resolves issues
- Attends meetings including team meetings, weekly client meeting, and any requested or scheduled client manager and supplier meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelors degree, or additional years of experience may serve in place of a degree (preferred)
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in the staffing industry (required)
- 3+ years of VMS experience (required)
- MSP Experience (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years full life cycle recruiting experience
Skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be detail oriented and extremely organized with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously while keeping up with, managing & responding to multiple emails coming through at one given time
- Ability to effectively prioritize emails and tasks
- Ability to manage large volume of emails and following up on items on a daily basis on all tasks through to resolution
- Must be readily available (and flexible) to meet with client managers & suppliers as needed in addition to leading conference calls if necessary
- Ability to successfully & effectively communicate in-person, by phone and email with all levels of client staff, suppliers, internal teams and handle all aspects of a large customer base
- Ability to effectively develop solid relationships with the client, suppliers and internal teams
- Ability to respond effectively to employees, customers, and the associate vendor network with excellent customer service skills to produce positive outcomes
- Strong and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain confidential in all phases of the hiring process and throughout the duration of work assignments and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with various personalities and styles of individuals
- Must be able to follow instructions and ask questions
- Must be able to work well unsupervised, be self-sufficient but also take direction well from others and must be able to work well on team
- Ability to take the initiative and demonstrate problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
