Job Description: As an Sr. HR Executive at Yash Dental Group of Clinics, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions to support the organization's growth and ensure a positive work environment for our team members. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization. Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions. Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs. Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Provide support to managers and employees in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and collaborate with department heads to develop training programs. Coordinate training sessions and workshops, both internally and externally, to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Master Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or service industry. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in India. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) would be an advantage.
