Your Role & Responsibilities
We are searching for a Manager OTC with Excellent Communication skill and who wants to make a real impact on the Supply Chain industry.
As a Manager in HCL Digital Process Operations, you will be:
- Work as Team Manager in the Order Management team and key responsibilities would include :-
- Lead large team of Order Management Analysts , SMEs and Team Leads who are responsible for :
- Order Processing which includes changes, Order fulfilment and Hold Order monitoring.
- Handle escalation calls if any and be a coach to team and facilitate trainings and refreshers
- Be responsible for operational deliverables of the assigned team
- Be the senior Subject Matter Expert for team to provide guidance to overall team
- Be the primary owner of team's performance and service levels
- Identify and lead efforts to execute process improvements and transformation opportunities abd drive FMEA's , RCA's
- Be responsible to produce and manage daily and monthly SLA/KPI reports (performance and business metrics)
- Be responsible to implement industry best OTC operational practises, identify tools and technology as applicable for the process
- Lead internal and external goverance for team performance and process health
- Be the process owner for team and provide guidance to overall team
- Manage all monthly closing activities and month-end reporting
- Drive operational excellence and responsible for people and performance management
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate/Masters in any discipline
- Relevant Experience 8-9 Years
- Willingness to work in US/Night Shifts
Domain Experience:
- should have Knowledge on end to end Order to Cash cycle
- should have good experience in Order Management as a Team Manager
Technical / Application:
- Hands on experience in SAP(including invoicing, contracts, workflows)
- Preferable: Zendesk, Seibel CRM
- Experience in Workflow tools
- Experience in MS Office
- Experience in Visio (Creating process flows/Blue prints)
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Analytical & problem solving skills.
- Good listening and comprehension abilities
- Able to speak and coordinate with other functions in order to resolve the issues on time
- Prior Team handling and people management is mandatory
- Managing customer experience
- Stakeholder and change management
