Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Managing complex HR Transformation programs for an organization to design, develop and implement new employee experience, HR Operating Model and Digital HR solutions. 2. Monitor internal HR system and database, provide guidance and assistance to HRBP, management, and other personnel as needed 3. Be responsible for driving development programs and projects within HR Systems landscape and secure harmonization and standardization together with global process owners 4. Ensure a high quality of end-user experience by developing multiple channels of HR service access. 5. Optimization of HR technology investments & ensure development of cutting-edge HR systems to address effective management of people 6. Provide solution to HR challenges with system automation which may require process re-engineering 7. Be up to date with the latest HR technology offerings in the market and industry best practices 8. Project Manage several of the System Rollouts and New System Implementation i. Work with external stakeholders to analyze business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the system. ii. Translate business requirements into system configuration. iii. Communicate with vendor partner as needed to complete project, resolve issues and understand system upgrades/enhancements. iv. Collaborate with IT support function as required. v. Monitor and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation. 9. Lead integrated testing with all functions and vendor. 10. Ensuring a transparent, clear, consistent, comprehensive and seamless delivery of project 11. Develop proposals and track progress reports 12. Ensure adherence to performance baselines in terms of cost, quality, scope and budget 13. Continuous Audit & Governance on enhancement roll-out and new system launches 14. Passionate about delivering service excellence and you build high level of impact and influence with critical stakeholders. 15. Proven record and know-how of working with effective adoption and change management. 16. Supporting CHRO on People Strategy topics, Management / Board presentations at a local or global level as may be required 17. Data Analytics of country level information required for projects & critical decision making 18. Provide support to the teams portfolio of initiatives in terms of research, analysis and preparation realization and communication requirements for HR Transformation & Analytics projects. 19. The incumbent will also need to draft regular analysis reports for the CHRO, Functional Leads and other relevant stakeholders for purposes of further decision making. 20. Demonstrate the ability obtain and filter information, identify key issues relevant to the achievement of long-term strategic goals, and commit to the realized course of action for the purpose of accomplishing those goals. 21. Will additionally have a proven ability to generate new outlooks People organization in the market, for example, through trend forecasting and innovative practices understanding. 22. Good communication skills will be necessary in communicating clear information and instructions



Minimum Required Skills & Attributes:


1. 7+ years experience with HR digital ecosystem with minimum 2 to 3 years- experience on designing automated work flows and systems.

2. Ability to interface with stakeholders across all levels of the organization and ability to manage future digital HR Projects.

3. Experience in implementation of various HR Systems covering HR and Employee Lifecycle, Talent Management, Reward Systems etc.

4. Experience in HR Data Analytics

5. Excellent communication and influencing skills.

6. A mix of strategic, tactical and operational dimensions

7. Excellent planning and organization skills.

8. Should have a strong business acumen with excellent skills in communication, negotiation and conflict resolution

9. Subject matter expertise in the HRIS systems and new HR technologies.

10. Good understanding of the software architecture, experience with process design and testing 11. Ability to work effectively in situations that require sound decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters

12. Ability to manage multiple priorities

13. Excellent Data analysis skills and the ability to translate this to systems functions and enhancements.


Minimum Experience Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR

2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR Technology and Analytics

3. Knowledge across core HR functional areas including HRIS administration, total rewards, recruitment and talent management



Minimum Educational Qualifications:

1. Graduate in any field 2. MMS/MBA/PGDM in HR


Added Advantage:

1. Experience in project management and the ability to translate strategic planning into action

2. Graduate in any engineering field
