An organisation is seeking a Head of Sales | C&I Solar Project Sales About The Role This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager / Sr Sales Manager PV Projects at Orb Energy. As a Sales Manager PV Projects, you will manage and execute solar projects, focusing on sales and business development in the Commercial and Industrial Segments Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets Partner with Channel Partners to identify and prospect new leads of MSME/ SMEs Close the leads for a successful completion of Targets Qualifications Prior experience 3-5 years in sales and business development selling Solar PV to Commercial & Industrial Segment in Mumbai Strong knowledge of photovoltaic systems and solar energy solutions to SME/ MSMEs Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Degree in business, engineering, or a related field The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
