Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Deputy Manager Training - Edtech. The role involves overseeing training and development programs, managing communication with stakeholders, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as a consultant to the agents & mentors, providing valuable advice on handling job-related challenges. 2. Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively. 3. Proactively identify individual and team training needs and develop strategies to address them. 4. Create content to support training programs, including presentations, scripts, and case studies. 5. Design engaging and interactive training courses using gamification, role-playing activities, and job simulations. 6. Solicit and gather feedback on training programs from trainees, managers and leaders to continuously improve content and delivery. 7. Maintain updated records of curriculum and training materials. 8. Maintain training records, calendars, statistics, and monthly metrics. 9. Report on the impact of training programs (e.g., Retention Rate Improvements) 10. Evaluate employees performance after each training session to measure their progress and identify areas for improvement. 11. Conduct quality checks based on defined guidelines for student interactions, including welcome calls, kick-off sessions, resolving queries, and providing support (technical and non-technical) via email, calls, and tickets.,
