Position Title: Inside Sales Executive

Position Summary:

To speak with/counsel prospective students to increase the student conversion funnel through various marketing channels through a consultative process. Role & Responsibilities:

Outbound calling and setting appointments.
Responsible for making Cold Calls, handling outbound and inbound processes.
To call identified contact number of customers and introduce them to the solution offerings.
Set up an appointment for meeting or call between the potential customer and a member of the sales representatives.
Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ability to react quickly to what the person being called is saying.
Creative use of resources to generate appointments and leads for the sales team.
Set appointments, listen to customer needs and sell most appropriate product
Researches and understands prospects before making the call
Effectively build and execute a target achievement plan to maximize output.

Desired Profile:

Required Excellent Communication Skills with good spoken and written English.
Prior experience of selling technology courses or providing student support in e-learning domain. Should have knowledge of using technologies like Zen desk, Google docs, forums online chat programs.
A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Impeccable attention to details.
Phone-based selling / lead gen / collection / retentions experience with proven track record of success

Experience Required:

Minimum 6 months of front line lead generation experience in solution selling domain e-learning and technology course selling. 
Minimum 6 months of front line lead generation experience in solution selling domain - B2B / IT 

Skills Required:
Consultative selling experience (proven track-record of meeting and exceeding sales goals)
Excellent oral and written communication, relationship building experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
