Job Description

This Job Is Provided By Apna.co AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY To spearhead business and servicing for MGBC clients in the given Region.The primary responsibility of the RBDO is to support target fulfillment for Scheme based and Direct sale targets to the branches/region . Main Responsibilities The main responsibility of the RBDO is to bring business from our exisiting as well as new clients by regularly visiting and creating a healthy relationship with Branch Manager and staffs in your allocated region.Also providing training ,whenever a new employee joins and provide timely updates on the MGBC products wherever requires. Travelling in and around region /branches is a must. To Guarantee l Minimum productivity across branches allocated l Training and upskill branch staffs to deliver desired business l Willingness to travel to all branches in the allocated region,
