Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer with a strong background in Java and Python to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the architecture, design, reliability, and scaling of both new and existing systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple competing priorities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the architecture and design of software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Develop high-quality code using Java and Python programming languages.
- Utilize design patterns and data structures to optimize software solutions.
- Implement and maintain test-driven development practices to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define requirements and deliver innovative software solutions.
- Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development processes.
Requirements:
- Strong professional software development experience with Java and Python.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles, including design patterns.
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with web application development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
