Position Description The Material Management Executive, Shipping will be responsible to monitor the daily operation of Shipping Team, who will be reported to the Material Management Specialist, Shipping while working closely with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of daily activities and streamline the workflow. What You'll Do Lead, develop and motivate staff for continuous improvement Assist in developing standard operation procedure (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI) Ensure all invoices are issued accurately as per the quotations Monitor the compliance of SOP and performance of KPI defined Provide guidance and coaching to Assistant Material Management Executive, Shipping What You'll Need Functional and other Relevant Experience Minimum 2 years relevant experience for Higher Diploma / Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Good PC skills with Microsoft Office applications preferred Strong Supply chain and Logistics knowledge Strong negotiation and supervisory skills Strong analytical mind and numerical sense Certificate of IATA / IMDG DG Regulation is an advantage Build your career with us and be part of something bigger at HAECO!
