Job Description
Responsibilities:
- ESIGNATION LOCATION Mumbai ROLE Project Governance & Process Excellence Lead ORGANIZATION Avenue Supermarts Ltd (DMart)
- EXPERIENCE Minimum 10 years of experience with minimum 6 years of relevant experience REPORTING TO Head of Program Management Office PROPOSED SALARY As per grade and current CTC EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- 1. Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer science, MIS, Business or any other related field from an accredited university.
- 2. MBA or Master is preferable. KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1. Experience in retail industry with insight and understanding of retail technologies and trends
- 2. Demonstrable experience in managing IT projects or working in a Program management office
- 3. Basic knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches
- 4. Relevant certification such as PMP is desired
- 5. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to with an ability to think tactically as well as strategically while leading cross functional teams
- 6. Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with other businesses
- 7. Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to present and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audience
- 8. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and resolution of issues KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assist the Head of Program Management Office in creating a short-, medium- and long-term strategy for developing and deploying frameworks, methodologies, processes and tools across ASL
- 2. Undertake regular scrutiny of the developed strategy to keep up to date with latest trends in the external environment and
