Role- Inside Sales Specialist!

Role & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation.
Responsible for driving sales
Should be a self-starter and enjoys extensive teamwork and learning throughout.
Managing presentations
Identifying & exploring new opportunities and projects
Analyse the competitor's information and suggest improvements to attract new clients.
Spearheaded revenue growth initiatives, devising and implementing strategic plans that resulted in consistently exceeding sales targets.
Responsible for increasing the conversion rate.
Counselled and converted passive leads into active leads, effectively utilizing the omni channels of communication: Cold calling, Attending Google Meet, Emailing and WhatsApp
Partnerships with clients.
Identified Up- Selling/ Cross - Selling opportunities with existing customer.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available products to best serve customers and maximize sales potential.
Responsible for B2B
Education & Qualifications:
Any Graduate/ Postgraduate with min 1- 3 years of experience
Passion to work in a challenging work environment
Positive attitude & Self-motivated.
Excellent communication and listening skills
Good influencing skills
Hands-on and can-do attitude - high energy, positive, deadline-driven, dependable with an ability to deliver results
She/he should have excellent business acumen, financial, negotiating skills as well as have strong interpersonal, communications skills & Excellent Execution Capabilities.
