Kitchen Operations: Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. 2. Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations. 3. Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food prepared and presented meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. 4. Menu Planning: Assist in planning and developing new menus, specials, and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction. 5. Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste. 6.
