Job Role & Responsibilities Taking Customer Calls Answering customer queries via our Zendesk System Liaising with Couriers Liaising with Retailers Working closely with the Product Team to resolve customer issues Answer customer reviews (Positive & Negative) via Trustpilot portal Experience with the general product type of furniture and common issues damaged parts, spare parts requests etc Action spare parts requests Shift time : 11:30 am - 08:30 pm IST Working Days: 5 (Monday to Friday) German Language certification required B2 or above/equivalent.,
