    Your opportunity New Relic is looking for a dynamic community operations specialist experienced in administration , events and ready to go the extra mile. They will support the Global Real Estate and Workplace team to deliver world class in-office facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in people interpersonal skills , exposure to admin or community operations , understands the budget and delivers creative events. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our Relic amazing workplace experience What you'll do Support office Service, employee experience , event activities at site and communicate the priorities of the day. Meet the employees during the shift to discuss & understand their office experience and communicate priorities. Manage bookings of the training room and all hands area. Take rounds of the front office,lobby, cabins, cafeteria & workstation area to ensure high standards of housekeeping and hygiene.Take Round of the complete facility (at least twice in a shift) to supervise work of Janitor staff. Guide & motivate Housekeeping and pantries staff to meet quality standards. Escalate all incidents, issues, and pending problems of the day to the WeWork team by logging a ticket. Implementing best housekeeping practices to upkeep the site always. Support in-office food program. Ensure execution of all preparation (such as cleaning, stationery, snacks, lunch etc.) required for visitors are attended. Innovate employee experience with seasonal festivities. Budget management as per Senior Office manager. Ensure zero stock out situation. Close employee requests within 2-6 hrs based on criticality in the ticketing tool. This role requires 2 - 5 years of experience or equivalent in the similar role Good levels of oral & written communication. Good computer literacy. Educated to degree level with suitable qualifications with relevant experience in co-working space or facility management or hotel with a demonstrable track record of being the responsible member of a mid - large corporate office or similar facility. Strong leadership traits. Strong customer service skills, communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in emergencies Proficient in customer service. Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Bonus points if you have Experience with Events Understands the budget management Excellent people skills Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
