Java Lead Developer - Hadoop/Spark/Hibernate @ TRH Consultancy

Job Description

- Overall 5+ years of experience in Development
- Very good in Core Java, Hibernate, Multithreading & Spark

- Good understanding of Spring(Core) framework
- Has hands on exp on Hadoop (HDFS, HBase, Hive and Mapreduce)

- Good knowledge of SQL Low level design, coding, unit test and functional test support

- Strong communication skills

- Implement the defined technical standards for software coding, tools and platforms
- Understand the application framework and architecture for the application and implement the same
- Understand the functions, interactions and dependencies among components within the application
- Provide inputs for selecting the relevant tools and environment
- Resolve technical problems
- Create and review low level design documentation
- Work with the concerned stakeholders to create and support optimal development environment
- Develop and review code to ensure adherence to defined standards
- Make effective and efficient use of programming tools
- Conduct system analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies
- Create efficient, easy to follow user guides and documentation
- Provide post production and implementation technical support
- Provide support in the Testing Phase (SAT, OAT and UAT)
- Generate IPs in line with the IP strategy of the Practice
- Provide inputs for addressing all the technical clarifications of the client
- Adhere to the quality processes
- Adhere and drive adherence to the time sheet filling process
- Provide direction to Software Engineers as required KEY RESULT AREAS ( KRAs)
