Iris Software Inc is seeking Java Fullstack Lead
Total Experience : 8-12 Yrs (Lead)
Compensation : As per Company Norms
Hybrid Mode : Candidates' has to visit Noida office once in a quarter for 5 days ; all the expenses will be borne by us , also accommodation will be provided. For remaining days candidates has to work from home.
Delhi/ NCR : Candidates has to come to Noida office twice in a week.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must have experience in the following areas
8-12 Years Experience of Java - Java/J2EE, Microservices, Spring BOOT, Spring Framework, Angular2+, REST API, XML, Postgres, Redshift, GitLab.
The Java Full Stack Lead works on strategic solutions for new services and functionality. This role designs software and participates in programming, testing and documentation through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Timely and effective communications with the team and internal stake holders are required and should be able to work with Leads/Architects onshore and carry on dev assignments individually.
Responsibilities -
Ability to manage and drive a team to deliver as per committed timeline and quality
Experience of Task Allocation, Customer Communication and Status Reporting
Guiding & Mentoring team for technical challenges and review their code to deliver good quality
AWS Experience - Having exposure to AWS services will be an added advantage
Serve as technical expert on development, coding, testing and debugging stages of application and system integration
Formulate and define system scope and objectives for assigned projects
Interact with users through all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to assure consistently timely and accurate delivery of business application systems per Service Level Agreements
Develop detailed specifications, application coding, unit and systems testing for the IT department
Examine, devise and modify SQL code and procedures to solve complex problems that require a deep level of specialization and expertise in regard to existing system capabilities, technological advancement, operating time or the form of desired results
Provide technical and analytical guidance to team members to facilitate the implementation of new technologies
