Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee all aspects of cafeteria operations, including menu planning, food preparation, service delivery, and waste management.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Cost Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs, including food procurement, labor management, and energy consumption.
Employee Satisfaction: Monitor employee feedback and implement measures to improve the dining experience and enhance employee morale.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise cafeteria staff, ensuring they are competent and motivated.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the cafeteria budget, forecast food demand, and track expenses.
Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with food suppliers, ensuring quality, price, and reliability.
Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve cafeteria operations, such as introducing new menu items, implementing technology, or enhancing service quality.
