Job Title: Assistant Chef Location: Manchar, Pune Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing and develop a diverse menu of Continental cuisine including pizza, pasta, sandwiches, shakes, and tarts. Experiment with new recipes and techniques to keep the menu exciting and relevant. Ensure all dishes are made with high-quality ingredients and adhere to Parag Milk Foods standards. Assists in preparing and cooking dishes to order, ensuring consistency and high-quality presentation. Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on techniques and standards. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and feedback. Ensure a high standard of presentation and flavor for all dishes served. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef in a Continental cuisine setting, with a strong focus on pizza, pasta, sandwiches, shakes, and tarts. Demonstrated expertise in recipe development and menu planning. Experience in managing a kitchen team and maintaining high culinary standards. Excellent knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and ingredient combinations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
