Job Description

Junior Chemist Paint & Coating Industry (1 Year Experience) Key Responsibilities: Formulation Support: Assist in developing and modifying paint formulations. Shade Matching & Development: Ensure accurate color matching using spectrophotometers and visual inspection. Quality Control (QC): Perform tests on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products. Testing & Analysis: Conduct viscosity, gloss, adhesion, and drying time tests. Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements in formulations and production. Documentation: Maintain records of formulations, test results, and shade consistency. Safety & Compliance: Follow lab safety guidelines and environmental regulations. Team Coordination: Work with R&D, production, and QC teams for troubleshooting and support.
