Executive - Structural Design Job in Adani @ Kpr sugar apperals

Job Description

Responsibilities Lead and manage the structural design process for airport infrastructure projects from concept to completion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the structural integrity and safety of airport facilities Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to gather essential data for project planning Develop detailed structural design specifications and calculations in compliance with relevant codes and standards Review and approve design drawings, models, and documentation to guarantee accuracy and quality Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design staff to foster their professional growth and development Interface with external stakeholders, including clients, architects, and regulatory authorities, to address design-related queries and ensure alignment with project objectives Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness Experience QUALIFICATIONS 15-20 years of experience in structural design within the Aviation experience. Education Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Certification Required Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Behavioural Skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro) Comprehensive understanding of aviation-specific design codes and standards (e.g., ACI, IBC, AASHTO) Thorough knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices relevant to airport infrastructure,
