    Job Title: VP Sales Security Services (Guarding) Location Sultanpur Delhi Experience- 10 + Years Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the security services industry. The ideal candidate will have over 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the security or related industries. The role requires a strong focus on client acquisition, relationship management, revenue growth, and strategic planning. The VP Sales will oversee customer relationship management (CRM), financial performance, and data analysis to drive business success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline. Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction. Collaborate with operations teams to align sales strategies with service delivery excellence. Perform data analysis to track sales performance, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities. Oversee financial aspects of sales operations, including pricing strategies, credit control, and profitability analysis. Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our security services. Work closely with management to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in security services or related industries. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Expertise in CRM and client relationship management. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and cost management. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
